Self-driven project governance

Katmonstarz is a community centric project. Katmonstarz NFT holders will help to make decisions.   \
The management will rely on the community by organizing a unique governance model.\

**Election**: Community will choose committee members\
**Committee:** members that decide which proposals are voted on\
**Katmonstarz Vault:**  wallet that contains sale funds\
